Why has their food gone downhill so bad. We paid over $50 for a delivery meal from cafe 772 and I got this greasy quesadilla and cold & watery queso. Absolutely NO flavor. Nothing. I could've made this at home and had better food. Also the quesadilla burger should've had a sauce on it that's the way it shows on the menu. So glad I just threw away over $50 on a garbage inedible meal

Ive been coming here for almost 3 years. The food is top notch. Honestly one of my favorite go too restaurants. However since they went to ordering at the counter vs the table for dine in the service has really come down hill. We have to pay for our food up front and ask if we want to include a tip before we have any service and now since it's order at the counter we have no service at all. The people up front only bring us our food nothing eles. Literally bare minimum service. Noone bring our drinks , silverware it's all handle at the counter. They might as well take away the tip and be like Chipotle and we grab our own food at the counter when it's done. The whole asking for a tip when there is no service provided at a dine in restaurants is a little ridiculous. However I will continue to come because we love the food. I hope the owner reads this review as I am a regular and love coming here.

I’m so tired of coming here on a Saturday and the food always looks like it made on a greasy pan that just got finished making other food. My food should not taste like the previous plate that was cooked. The only cook that truly always makes my food good is Jay, any other cook always makes my plate look like this. How do I get chicken and my plate as pieces of burnt steak?? On top of that I my plantains are super burnt and not even cooked fully. The lady that was cooking needs to be fired.

We decided to try something different today and we decided that it was a good place to go and check out the cafe 722 they did not disappoint The food I had a a shredded beef with it had olives green peppers and rice and beans ,and it's so delicious perfectly done I was amazed by how beautiful the presentation. My mom she decided to get the chicken tacos and she loved how they were chopped up just right and they tasted delicious. She couldn't believe how great this is this is amazing. Maria was a waitress and she was able to tell us about how they had other locations and about all the different foods because my mom didn't want anything spicy so that was really nice that she knew about what the what the menu had to offer and there were many people coming in and out through DoorDash a few people started coming in for their lunch It was magnificent I would check it out if I were you It's Latin and American food.

My family and I went to try this place. We got to the restaurant at 8:15 pm and the young lady at the counter told us right away without greeting us “we close at 9”. It’s 45 minutes away from closing, we separated a table and sat down to eat there we got the food at 8:30pm everything TO GO, my complain here it’s that she never told us we couldn’t eat there from the beginning and she took our order to go without asking us. Also we tipped her like she was serving us and then she placed the drinks on the counter for us to grab them and then we get the big surprise with the food all wrapped out to go like telling us get the hell out now.It’s common sense if we all sit on a table means we are eating there. Easily we had 30 mins to eat and go. There was another table there too eating. We felt that she didn’t want to take us from the beginning and rushed us out at 8:30 the restaurant closes at 9 pm not 8:30. She gave us a very poor service and rushing us out. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
